NOIR Salon Opens at DLF Emporio in New Delhi
Premium salon brand NOIR opens its second salon in Delhi, at the DLF Emporio Mall in Vasant Kunj. Launched in 2018 at The Chanakya by LOOKS, NOIR is specially designed to offer a full-spectrum of services from blowdrying to colour update or even a derma therapy. Curated on the lines of luxury and customised service for both women and men, some of the signature hair and skincare services at NOIR include smoothening, hair rituals like Fusio-Dose, colour protection, Kera therapy, Demalogica Advanced Treatments, intensive nourishment, densifying and more.
