HONASA’s Strategic move to power R&D
The multi-brand, digital first company Honasa Consumer Ltd., that has Mamaearth, The Derma Co., Aqualogica, Dr Sheths, amongst others, under its umbrella, announced acquisition of the assets of CosmoGenesis Labs (CosmoGenesis Cosmetics a sole proprietorship firm).

CosmoGenesis was founded by Rohini Manoj in 2011, an R&D firm that specializes in delivering at each step from formulation design to product manufacturing, including compliance consulting. CosmoGenesis, reportedly has brought forth more than 5000 cosmetic and personal care formulations for businesses in India.
With its fully equipped, state-of-the-art laboratory, CosmoGenesis promises ‘global expertise to new-age companies and established brands worldwide.’
